Flat rate shipping $22 via Australia Post or Hand Delivery Bayside, CBD, Glen Eira, Stonnington

Express Post via Australia Post $35

(Currently Express does not guarantee overnight delivery)

Guaranteed Same Day Delivery  - Melbourne Metro

$50.00 within 20km of Melbourne Metro.

Orders must be received by 11am

Authority to leave a Parcel


An option at checkout is given as to whether or not a parcel can be left if no one is available to receive it. 


Some addresses do not have a safe place to leave a parcel.  Please ensure you check the status of your delivery address before placing an order.  


If the parcel cannot be left at the address,  a card will be left advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest post office or collection point as specified on the card.

If authority to leave a parcel is given, and no one is available to receive the delivery,  the package will be left in in a relatively secure location at the unattended at the address.


During the check out process, you may specify instructions where to leave the parcel which will be printed on the shipping label. 

If authority to leave the parcel has been given, Sparky & Sky and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'.

Please note that re-delivery fees may apply for any deliveries that need to be re-attempted.

International Deliveries


We are currently not providing this service.

Returns & Refunds


There are instances where a parcel is returned back to us. We will inform you as soon as a parcel has been  returned to us. 


Returned orders that fall within the following reasons below cannot be refunded and re-delivery fees may apply.

-there was no safe place to leave the parcel

-the address was incorrect

-the recipient was not known at that address

-the delivery was refused

-there was no access to the building to leave a card or parcel

-a delivery card was left but the parcel was never picked up from the post office or specified pick up  agency.

Damaged Goods


All gift boxes and products are carefully packaged and thoroughly checked before dispatch.  On occasion a product may be damaged in the delivery process, and we will arrange for the return and resend the product at our cost.

To arrange a return, or replacement, please email us with as much detail as you can to and we will promptly take the action required to rectify this.
